Anna Gibbon founded Minwamon to bring something rare to executive consulting: a practice that is at once intellectually rigorous, deeply confidential, and culturally grounded — built for the leaders who carry the weight others do not see.
Anna has spent her career in some of the most demanding leadership environments, where every decision carried significant consequences and excellence was simply expected. Her roles required unwavering judgment, resilience, and the ability to perform under constant pressure, often without the luxury of sharing the weight she carried.
As an Indigenous woman in highly visible leadership positions, she was held to an exceptionally high standard and understood that credibility had to be earned every day. She knows what it means to lead when others depend on you, to make difficult decisions in isolation, and to maintain composure when the stakes are high.
That experience shapes every aspect of her work today. She understands that the greatest challenges leaders face are often the ones they never speak about. Her role is to help exceptional people remove the invisible barriers that quietly limit their performance, clarity, and peace — allowing them to lead and live with greater freedom.
